YourSpace was preparing to launch its first extended-stay hotel, designed specifically to meet the unique needs of blue- and gray-collar travelers. The concept aimed to go beyond the standard offerings of extended-stay hotels by creating a thoughtfully designed, affordable brand with maximum amenities. Strategically located near hospitals, military installations, and other key sites, YourSpace catered to traveling workers with convenient, need-based features.

The hotel offers a range of tailored amenities, including a secured parking lot for construction vehicles, paid storage lockers for equipment, in-room washer/dryer units, smart TVs, and a 24/7 on-demand food and beverage market area.

Together, we developed a brand identity that communicated YourSpace’s core values of comfort, security, ease, and functionality—ensuring that every guest feels truly at home while highlighting the practical features designed to support their specific needs.
